More adapters

Besides Bluetooth LE, Wi-Fi adapters now work on Android and iPhone, and classic Bluetooth adapters on Android.

One note for iPhone: over Wi-Fi, recording runs only while the app is open. For background recording on iPhone, use a Bluetooth LE adapter.
